Many of you will know that at the last AGM it was passed for the league to Affiliate to Surrey County Pool Association and enter a team in to this years interleague season.
Well I have been busy the last few months speaking to Teams/Players in order to form an Interleague squad.
I now have a squad of 12 so far but ideally would like another 3 players so I can accommodate for any players that can not turn up to all matches.
If you are interested in playing then please get in contact with me to discuss it further. Below is a little of what to expect.
For the 12 already in the squad I am arranging as promised another meeting/practise for Sunday 7th Feb, Riley's at 7pm.
You will need to bring with you your epa reg form, money and 2 passport photos (this is important as without it you will not be able to play).
If for any reason you can not make it please let me know as soon as poss so I can arrange with you to get your form from you.
The first match is on 21st Feb and we are at home to Premier P.L.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.
Interleague is the next step up from local league pool.
The squad consists of a minimum of 9 players for each match which is played approx once a month on a Sunday evening. The match is played to World Rules and has 3 blocks of 9 singles frames totalling 27 frames for the whole match. This season has 9 fixtures, 4 home and 5 away matches.
Our home venue is Riley's Guildford. In order to play you need to be registered with the EPA at a cost of £7 per year.
We are also entered in to the Interleague KO Cup which is played all on one day at Riley's Croydon.
If you are interested and would like more info please get in contact with myself as soon as poss.

looking at the draw I think we got the toughest group of all but you never know what can happen on the day.

Have not decided yet. had 2 reserves to start with anyway so just means that one of them will play in the first block.

Well match 2 is upon us already. We are away to Reigate this sunday and hoping to get a few more points than last time. I know this will be very tough as we go to our first away match with no reserves so dont have any players to fall back on.
If anyone is interested in giving the interleague a go then get in contact with Steph or myself.
